Cable ONE recently received J.D. Power’s highest accolade – the number one spot in the 2018 residential internet service provider satisfaction study for the western region of the United States.
The J.D. Power study measures customer satisfaction across five factors – network performance and reliability; cost of service; billing; communication; and customer service.
Among the 12 internet companies studied, Cable ONE achieved the highest numerical score for overall customer satisfaction, as well as the highest scores in three of the five study factors – billing, communication and customer service. With a score of 722 on a 1,000 point scale, Cable ONE outperformed all competitors across the western region.
J.D. Power’s western region designation includes Cable ONE markets in the following states: Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Arizona, New Mexico, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Minnesota, and Iowa.
