As part of Sparklight’s continuing commitment to provide a seamless experience for our customers, we offer a number of products and services to make your life easier. With the launch of SMS text message alerts, customers can be notified when their Sparklight bill is available and receive payment confirmation directly on their smartphone. Customers can also opt-in to receive outage notifications and appointment reminders via text message.
To sign up for text message alerts, simply log in to your account at customer.sparklight.com and subscribe to “text message notifications” in your profile settings.
